Seven months after her untimely demise, songbird Whitney Houston’s legacy lives on. R. Kelly duets with the late legend on “I Look to You,” which he penned as the title track for Whitney’s 2009 album. The R&B maestro, who performed the song at Houston’s funeral, combines both of their vocals on the stirring rendition.
“We love you, Whitney. Rest in peace,” says Kelly as the ballad fades out.
The said song is now available on iTunes and can be found on Whitney’s greatest hits album I Will Always Love You – The Best of Whitney Houston. Due November 13, the compilationfeatures remastered versions of her classics, the R. Kelly duet, and one unreleased song entitled “Never Give Up,” produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox.
