The aspiring rapper, “Lil Snupe,” was killed in a shooting in his hometown, Winnfield, LA, one week after his 18th birthday.
Emerging rapper, “Lil Snupe,” was a recent signee to Meek Mill’s Dream Chaser’s label. Lil Snupe, real name Adarren Ross, was reportedly shot twice and has since died at approximately 4:07 am last Thursday, June 20. He was killed at an apartment where he was visiting in Winnfield, Louisiana.
Officials say the shooting happened at Maplewood Apartments at S. Jones Streets. There is a suspect, but no one has been arrested.
His manager Leem7st confirmed the news on Twitter: ”The call I got this morning is un real RIP 2 my Lil nigga lilsnupe.”
“He was in a van, they was finna pull off. And I went and knocked on the van, on the window. They let the window down, grabbed the mixtape and it was like 10 minutes later, 20 minutes later they called me,” Snupe told MTV News in April. He was then signed by Meek Mill within 20 minutes.
